All suggestions greatly appreciated. N George Hello N George, Even doctors now recognise that the best treatment for warts (a viral problem) is to make the body pay attention to them by applying any of the following treatments. The body will then be alerted and will begin to fight the warts. The following is an excerpt from one of my books, I hope that some of it may be useful to you. Nerys My latest books at: www.neryspurchon.com ************************************** WARTS Daily supplements If you suffer from either recurrent or a large numbers of warts your immune system may need help Essential oil treatment Considerable success has been achieved in the removal of warts with the use of tea-tree oil. Use a cotton bud to paint one drop of tea-tree oil directly onto the wart. Put a sticking plaster over the wart. Repeat this treatment twice a day until the wart has gone. If the skin is very dry after the treatment is complete massage with a little calendula infused oil or, if not available, prick a capsule of vitamin E and squeeze the contents onto the area massaging in gently. Herbal treatment Use the white latex that oozes out when the stalk of the dandelion flower or fig is snapped. Apply one drop only onto the wart taking care not to get any on the surrounding skin. Cover with a sticking plaster. Repeat twice daily until the wart is gone. If the skin is dry where the wart dropped off the vitamin E treatment described above may be used. Homeopathic treatment Soft, fleshy wart and plantar warts Thuja 12 c Large, jagged wart that stings Nit. Guest guest
In some cases, doctors may recommend removal of the wart using various procedures such as freezing with liquid nitrogen (cryotherapy), conventional surgery, laser surgery, or applying an electrical current to dry the wart (electrodesiccation with curettage). JoAnn Hi JoAnn, Oh, I hope that nobody goes this way! It is temporary to put it mildly and many, many doctors disapprove of this treatment as it can leave scars and can be painful. > A controlled study found that the application of 122ºF heat from a > heat pad for 30 seconds led to regression in 25 warts.6 After 15 > weeks, none of the regressed warts had regrown. This could work because the virus doesn't like heat. However, the bottom line with warts is that if the sufferer *believes* in the treatment, regardless of what that treatment is, the wart will go...I promise you all that this is not an old wives tale and has been documented in The Lancet. I have talked to doctors about the phenomenon and one said that he regularly prescribes an inert placebo but describes it to the patient as a 'new miracle cure for warts'. he claims a 90% success rate. Guest guest
Hi Nikki, With Homeopathy one's being is bolstered into a better place of health and it is quite common to effectively heal and cure one's susceptibility to Warts... as you know we are all bombarded constantly with various bacteria and viral entities however it is our personal susceptibility at any given moment that allows our bodies to harbor and thus fester symptoms from these entities... If you are interested in learning more about Homeopathy I will be glad to point you towards some on-line information about What is Homeopathy and also to various on-line pages with Case Write-ups of Cured Cases with no suppression of symptoms but rather true healing. best regards, Patti > Hello Group > > Would anybody have a safe, natural way to treat warts, my 5 year old has a > few on his hands. All suggestions greatly appreciated. I successfully treated my daughter's wart with Thuja 30C, then 200C homeopathy, and a Thuja ointment on a bandaid. It went away and didn't return.
