Guest guest
Hi Jane, I have been where you are now with everything reading high. You are on the right road with what you are doing but you have not said what oils you use. Organic extra virgin OO is the only one you should be looking at right now, it will help to reduce your cholesterol all on its own. You should also be have lots and lots of garlic, fresh and raw if you possibly can stand it but cooked and in supplement form (the best you can find) if not. If you can go the fasting route, it will be so beneficial for you but please ensure that you take a good multi vit/mineral whilst doing so. When I went on a very good diet to lose weight which meant pretty much a drastic fast, my cholesterol dropped rapidly within 2 weeks. If you fast 1 day per week, you will notice a difference fairly quickly. Good luck and hope this helps a little.
