Hello everyone,

 

I strongly suspect that I have candida throughout my body, due to recurrent oral

and vaginal thrush, IBS and an eczema / yeast rash.

 

It is impossible for me to do that anti-candida diet which I have read about.

Bearing this in mind, I am aware that the only way through it is a strong

supplementation programme.

 

Can anyone suggest which supplements and what doses I should be taking?
