Guest guest
I am curious. I you say not to refrigerate unless the weather is really warm. How do you define " really warm " . To me, really warm would mean my daytime kitchen temperature is over 92F. Back when I lived in a cooler climate, I would have said over 80F was very warm. Some people I know would say over 72F was really warm. Your juice sounds interesting, although, as a diabetic I would be cautious in how much I drank because of the honey. I used to make something similar with just chopped garlic & honey. After the mixture soaked a week, I decanted the liquid, which I took by the tablespoon full twice a day, and used the honey soaked chopped garlic atop chicken I was baking. I stopped doing this when I was diagnosed with diabetes & gave up my sugary treats.
