Intolerance to amino acids but suffering!

I'm new to this group and i'm looking for help! I've have many

symptoms of serotonin deficiency, as well as other brain deficiency

symptoms.

 

So far a can tell that sugar, simple carbs and wheat causes me

depression, anxiety, obsessiveness and emotional instability and

major adhd symptoms. I've changed my diet and try to eat protein at

regular intervals. I have some other health issues like Candida,

leaky gut that I'm also working on. In the meantime i would like to

treat myself with amino acids but it seems like they all cause me

side affects.

 

I'm sensitive to many things but i find that most people can tolerate

amino's so i'm wondering if you or anyone you know has this problem.

If so what did they do about it? I recently started taking a very

pure glutamine (suggested by my nutritionists) and i have to take it

before bed and i've gradually increased it to a capsule without any

side affects. So i'm becoming more hopeful that maybe i'll be able to

tolerate some other needed amino's. I usually get a headache,

stomach, and feel horrible. Ironically these are the same symptoms

i've gotten from antidepressants!

 

Any advice on a brand of amino's or an alternative approach?
