I have one or two servings of soy a day and only have soy from foods, not from supplements. I believe that the benefits of soy outweigh any possible bad (and I'm really not convinced that the bad isn't just propaganda from the dairy and meat industries which have been losing market share to soy) so it is fine to eat it in healthy quantitiies/portions. Guest guest
Hi Myra, I have searched widely and found that the producers of Soy say it is wonderful; While independent researchers report problems. It is very easy to use Google to get both sides; please watch for where the money comes from. The result of my searches: I will not buy Dog Food if it has Soy in it! Good luck, Lorenzo - > I think I'm still confused about the whole soy issue > The way I approach it is that moderation is the key. Guest guest
There are many " independent " researchers, not getting money from Soy companies, that favor the intelligent use of Soy, provided it's organic. There continues to be two sides to the Soy controversy, and I never take seriously, the pronouncements of people that alwasys and only present one side of a case, which remains unsettled. It may be that the merits of the case against Soy consumption will win out over time, but as yet, I continue to hear credible and independent researchers and healers recommending Soy use.
