Hi Barbanne:

I'm Stan in Fort Lauderdale. I am suffering from protracted benzodiazepine

withdrawal. In an attempt to get some sleep, I use both Valerian and

Melatonin.

 

Both work for me. I take 6 mg of Melatonin (compounded at a pharmacy in Utah

and it's slow-released) and I take two Valerian tablets along with it.

 

You can even add in XremovedXXXXX (it has a side effect of causing drowsiness)

to

the mix; but, I don't know if people in this group would approve of that.
