Hi,

I was going to send this to the moderator of this group but don't know who

exactly to send it to....anyhow, if anyone is familiar with Alpha Omega Lab

website, they have been under seige by the FDA, took all their products and came

in there with guns!! I just spoke with a gal at Alpha and what she described to

me is appalling!! The reason I called them was because I recieved a notice from

them that my order could not be filled at this time...their hands are tied, they

need as much support as they can get from all of us supporters of alternative

healthcare products. Maybe I am wording that wrong, supportive supplementing?

HA!! I'm soooo appalled I can hardly think here...anyhow, I copy and pasted the

email I recieved from them....so you can read it for yourself...one more thing,

she said the FDA went after 490 websites on alternative support

supplements....Please, if anyone has any ideas how to go about fighting back, I

mean us as consumers......let me know, I don't have a clue

what to do but to send this notice out and get someone who knows what to do

involved on this issue...

At 9:10 a.m. on Wednesday, September 17th, 2003 the Federal Drug Administration

(FDA) suspended most activities at our fulfillment center in Louisiana. They

have deemed the above products questionable in the United States of America.

They believe that our products are not safe for human consumption. The FDA is

currently testing the products they have taken from our facility. They have

accused us of making health claims for our products, such as claiming they could

cure, prevent or treat a disease even though we have a disclaimer on almost
