It really wasn't too bad. Please let me know if you (or anyone else) has any thoughts on this combination. Hi quiltbear and everyone! I make a " spicy v-8 " kind of drink using fresh tomatoes, a hot pepper, 2 cloves of garlic, a small onion, or some scallions, 1 1/2 cups of pure, bottled water, lemon or lime juice, and a dash of worcestershire. Blenderize it well, and drink it during the day. It is great for jump-starting the immune system, tastes pretty good, and is great for the heart and blood pressure. Some added crushed celery seed helps arthritis and gout...Some added turmeric is anti-inflammatory and helps the liver, and is a good cancer preventative and tumor reducer. In general, this has no added salt or preservatives, is full of anti-oxidants and lycopenes, vitamins and minerals, (lots of vit. C) and " good for you " kinda stuff. ....windflower
