Guest guest
I assume calcium deposits did not show on my xray, b/c the doc never said anything about that. He only spoke about rotator cuff sticking & couldn't determine issue. I learned about Cal deposits *after* 2 mos of Physical Therapy. (gift of advice from someone else on internet) For me, the PT worked a little bit, but the shoulder resisted mightily & was back to square one after a couple of days. In my case, the shoulder thing wasn't result of injury from lifting, or using. Came on w/no known reason. If you haven't had an injury, then the vit K would be a cheap & short test... you'll know & feel the benefit within 1-2 days if it is calcium deposits. I'm very sorry for your pain. My pain was very horrible.
