10 drops Lemongrass *(Cymbopogon citratus) *

10 drops Patchouli *(Pogostemum cablin)*

5 drops Myrrh *(Commiphora myrrha)*

Add essential oils to the Witch Hazel base and shake well. Spray directly onto the foot.

Oh awsome, I need this! Every winter I deal with athletes foot. I have a high body temp and get athletes foot from wearing shoes all winter. That cream crap never works, just puts it at bay for awhile. Hopefully this will work better.
