Guest guest Posted March 31, 2006 Report Share Posted March 31, 2006 Relaxing Foot Bath 10 oz Strong infusion of one of the following: lavender, lime flowers, rosemary, thyme, yarrow, or mugwort. 2 Tablespoons Sea salt or 1 Tablespoon epsom salts Fill a large bowl with very hot water to which you have added the herbal infusion and the salt. After soaking your feet, finish off with a gentle foot rub and massage with a relaxing oil.
