Making a melt & pour soap base

Would anyone on the list happen to have a simple recepie for a melt

and pour soap base. What im wanting to do is make up some soap base

and just put it in storage until I get ready to use it (probably a

few weeks from now) and not have to buy it. Shipping cost is pretty

high on heavier things and if I could make the stuff myself it'd be a

lot less of a cost to me to do something I enjoy.
