"Cold Kicker" Crystal-Infused Medicinal Herbal Vinegar

1 tablespoon whole black peppercorns

5 fresh tarragon sprigs

8 cloves peeled garlic

4 cups cider vinegar

1 amethyst crystal

Fill a glass jar or bottle with the peppercorns and tarragon. Nick the garlic and add.

Next, drop an amethyst crystal into the jar and cover entire contents with the vinegar.

Be sure that everything is completely submerged in the vinegar so that no bacteria can form. Let sit in a cool, dark place for 6 weeks.

Then it is ready to use to fight infections and colds. The amethyst crystal protects the throat, lungs and respiratory system.

Makes 4 cups.

Take one tablespoon of this delicious herbal vinegar when you start to feel the first signs of a cold or flu. It is even better when taken daily as a preventative.
