Guest guest
Try this (it's docs formula - pretty good stuff) Herbal Snuff Formula (A part is a measurement by volume = cups, Tbls, etc.)7 parts Goldenseal Root Powder7 parts Bayberry Bark Powder1 part Cayenne Pepper Powder1 part Garlic Powder All the above must be ground up very finely. Best to use Habanero Cayenne as it is the hottest. Mix it very well as a clump of Cayenne could keep your eyes in tears for an hour ;o) Won't hurt you though. Ian "Doc" Shillington N.D. Can't figure why I've started having this problem????I took my last antibiotic capsule this morning but I can feel the congestion & irritation is still there...I'm starting to doubt the Doc's diagnosis of infection & think maybe it is an allergy or something else...Any advice or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.Blessings, Myrna
Guest guest
Something that helped me personally with this is Nettle. Take it everyday in tea, tincture, fresh or capsule. Guest guest
My teacher and a fellow student who is also a herbalist say that nettle is worthless as a tincture. Best is tea or I guess the fresh herb in their opinions. ILANA xoxo Dragonhealer wrote: Something that helped me personally with this is Nettle. Take it everyday in tea, tincture, fresh or capsule. Guest guest
I was wondering if anyone had a " Natural " way of helping out someone that has a bad sinus infection. I need to know " how " to keep the sinuses healthy and prevent all the infections.
Guest guest
A neti pot is a great way to prevent sinus problems and heal them. They are starting to get more respect, even some Walgreens are carring them http://www.bytheplanet.com/Products/Yoga/neti/Netipot.htm Blessings Somahappyrog55 <happyrog wrote: I was wondering if anyone had a "Natural" way of helping out someonethat has a bad sinus infection. Guest guest
The Ear, Nose and Throat specialist that I went to said that if I'd use a neti pot and salt water (use sea salt) every day, I'd never have to see him again. You can get a neti pot online or at a health food store. Joan Earnshaw PS. I got one and it does help - happyrog55 Tuesday, March 21, 2006 12:19 PM Sinus Infections I was wondering if anyone had a "Natural" way of helping out someonethat has a bad sinus infection.
