Guest guest Posted February 17, 2006 Report Share Posted February 17, 2006 Potato Chip Cookies 3/4 cup softened butter 3/4 cup sugar l egg yolk l tsp vanilla l l/2 cups all purpose flour 3/4 cup finely crushed potato chips 3/4 cups finely chopped walnuts or pecans 3 Tbs sugar for dipping Preheat oven to 375F degrees. In large bowl cream buttr, sugar, egg yolk, and vanilla until light and fluffy. Add flour, potato chips and nuts. Mix well. Form into one inch balls and place 3" apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Grease bottom of 3" glass. Dip glass into sugar and use to flatten each ball. Bake 8-l0 min. cool slightly before removing from sheet.
