Guest guest
Bergamot Milk Bergamot milk is said to be a sedative, it makes a pleasant drink. 1 tbsp. dried or 3 tbsp. fresh monarda (leaves and/or petals) 1 cup heated milk Combine milk and monarda. Steep 5-7 minutes. Strain and serve. Monarda flowers are also a delightful addition to both vegetable and fruit salads. A sprinkling of these vivid red flowers adds colour and interests in both. Monarda flowers have also been used in lemonade and fruit or herb jellies to provide colour and subtle flavor.
