Orange-Mint Lip Balmby Laura PhillipsNo preservatives means that I keep my stock in the refrigerator, exceptfor the single small container that I'm currently using. Two simplerules help prevent contamination - a) no sharing - everyone gets herown jar or tube b) wash the fingers before dipping into the jar.Ingredients:2 Tablespoons beeswax7 Tablespoons sweet almond oil or other soft oil1 Tablespoon honey20 drops orange essential oil10 drops spearmint essential oilSimple instructions:1. Warm beeswax and oil in double boiler, stirring gently until meltedand well-blended.2. Add honey and essential oils.3. Mix well, and remove from heat.4. Stir until mixture begins to cool and thicken.5. Pour into lip balm pots, tubes, or a small jar.
