Guest guest Posted December 16, 2005 Report Share Posted December 16, 2005 Hot Christmas Tea1 1/3 cups water6 bags black tea1 cinnamon stick -- broken3 whole cloves1/3 cup sugar1 1/3 cups cranberry juice cocktail1 cup Burgundy wineOrange, pear, or apple slices studded with cloves as garnish.In saucepan, bring water to boil. Add tea and spices, cover, and letstand 5minutes. Remove tea bags. Stir in sugar, cranberry juice, and wine.Returnto medium heat and stir until sugar is dissolved and mixture is heatedthrough.
