Bodywork can come in the form of massage; hands on healing methods, such as reiki; aromatherapy; craniosacral therapy; reflexology; and/or chiropractic adjustments, to name just a few. The reason why we suggest that you explore this option is that very often, fear in it's many forms can become lodged in your physical, mental and emotional bodies and will create discomfort, through physical aches, pains and disease. They are also there when you have strong, sometimes unexplainable mental or emotional reactions to things, such as the fear of flying, the fear of being touched, the fear of certain animals, etc. You, precious heart, as a powerful and amazing master-in-training, can remove most if not all of these blocks and discomforts on your own. Simply by placing loving intent on a fear or a pain, many of them will dissolve and disappear, as though by magic. Some of them can also be removed by practicing yoga, by regular exercise, by reading inspirational materials, by saying daily affirmations, and/or by doing daily meditations. Doing something that you love - like painting or writing, or gardening or singing, are healing activities also. Still, however, some of your residual fears, often left over from early childhood experiences or even past life experiences, can remain in your lower bodies and "get stuck" there. Permitting another to assist you to remove these blocks simply speeds up the process, and is what we would like to address with you here. Why remove these fears at all, you may ask? Because, dear hearts, the more clear and loving and peaceful and fear-less you become, the more love and joy and peace and prosperity you can contain. And of course, the more pure, unconditional love you can, in turn, give to others. Imagine an entire world filled with humans beings that are in a place of love and joy and peace all of the time. Imagine co-creating heaven on earth. By healing yourself, you heal everything and everyone else around you. Bit by tiny bit. From our own experiences, we recognize the importance of seeking bodywork to help to remove the stress and the pain and the fear that we carry with us our journey home. We offer this suggestion to you in love and service. We encourage you to step forward onto the path of your true destiny - to be a beacon of light and love and service to humanity, the Earth and all of her inhabitants. Begin, now, to explore new avenues of living that you may not have considered doing before. If you wish, research this idea of bodywork - read about it, talk to others about their experiences, interview practitioners. Put love and light around your fears and trust your intuition regarding what is best for you. As always, honor whatever resonates for you, and know that you are deeply and truly loved, regardless of what you may decide to do.
