I found the other night, that if you take eucalyptus and LAvender oil, rub them in together, and rub it on your chest and right under your nose, and breath deep, it helps clear your passages out to get to sleep better. Also, if you get the chance, and its not too terribly cold out, if you do this rub and sit out inthe cold for a few minutes, (10 minutes) you will find just how much your head clears a bit.
