Hello Group...I have been a member for a while now and have really enjoyed all the mailings...I am just beginning to live /eat healthier, so I'm sorry for having very little to contribute thus far...maybe some day..smiles...Anyways...I have custody of my 9 month old grand son & I want to begin feeding him real/healthy foods. I did buy a processor, but now I haven't a real big clue on where I should begin with it...I would really appreciate it if anyone could give me ideas...Blessings, Robin

Robin what a cute e-mail name!! I love it!!! Hey if you have a processor, I would say GO FOR IT!!! With all your regular dinner meals veggies and such, wish I could help more, but what a great start for the baby!!!!

Sorry, I missed your original post.

I did this with my son. Just buy organic veggies, steam or boil, and process. I froze the food in ice trays, one cube was a good serving, and equals about 2 Tablespoons. Also there is a book, "Feed Me, I'm Yours" that helped alot.

I even did this with organic meats. Just roast or broil, or whatever you chose, and process with a little water.

Good luck, but you won't need it, this is really easy. I'm always around if you have questions.
