Guest guest Posted November 12, 2005 Report Share Posted November 12, 2005 Turkey Parmesan CasserolePrep Time: 10 minTotal Time: 40 minServes: Makes 6 servings.Ingredients:- 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup- 1 cup Sour Cream- 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided- 8 oz. spaghetti, broken in half, cooked and drained- 3 cups frozen broccoli florets, thawed- 2 cups chopped cooked turkey (leftover Thanksgiving fare)1. MIX soup, sour cream and 3/4 cup of the Parmesan cheese in large bowl. Add spaghetti, broccoli and turkey; mix lightly. 2. SPOON into 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese.3.
