Guest guest Posted November 12, 2005 Report Share Posted November 12, 2005 Cranberry-Orange Relish1 medium orange, unpeeled12 ounces fresh cranberries1 medium orange2/3 cup honeydash ground clovesdash ground ginger2/3 cup chopped walnutsCut the unpeeled orange into 8 pieces.Remove the seeds.Place half the cranberries and four of the orange pieces in a foodprocessor with the steel blade.Coarsely chop, pulsing the blade.Do not chop too finely.Pour the mixture into a medium mixing bowl and repeat with remaining cranberries and orange pieces.Add remaining ingredients and stir until well blended.Refrigerate.Stir before serving.Yields: 4 cups of cranberry sauce Warn November BlessingsFrom Jennifer Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
