Guest guest Posted November 11, 2005 Report Share Posted November 11, 2005 Cranberry-Tangerine Christmas Cooler 48-ounce bottle cranberry juice cocktail, chilled3 cups freshly squeezed tangerine juice or purchasedtangerine juice1/2 cup fresh lime juice2 tangerines, unpeeledCombine cranberry juice and tangerine juice in largepitcher. Add lime juice and stir to blend. (Can bemade 1 day ahead. Cover and refrigerate.) Cut thinslice off tops and bottoms of tangerines. Cut eachhorizontally into three 1/4- to 1/3-inch-thick rounds.Divide cooler among 6 tall glasses. Garnish withtangerine rounds and serve.
