It is anti-inflammatory with pain reducing and analgesic effects. Use in a massage oil with other pain relieving oils like Lavender and Yarrow which is also anti-inflammatory.Helichrysum and Sore Muscles Make a massage oil for sprains, strains, aching muscles and arthritic joints. Mix two drops each of helichrysum, lavender and clary-sage essential oils in two tablespoons of sweet -almond oil. Massage into affected areas.
