Because of this lavender eases tension and even helps muscle spasms. This is a great potion to drink when you finish work, just before going to bed, or anytime to relieve stress. Relieving stress is a key component in staying healthy longer.You will need a teaspoon of lavender herbs and a cup of boiling water. Put the lavender herbs in the cup of boiling water.
