Guest guest Posted September 15, 2005 Report Share Posted September 15, 2005 Amy & Wally's WW Bread 2 tsp. yeast 2 T. butter 3 c. ww flour 1 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 c. oats 1 T. honey 1/4 c. brown sugar 1 1/3 c. warm water (1 1/4 if freshly ground flour!) Place all of above in bread machine, set on " dough " setting. After the machine signals done, gently place dough in buttered loaf pan. (If needed, let sit for another 5-10 min.) Place in cold oven, and turn temperature to just under 400 º for 35 minutes. Remove from pan and place a tea towel over to cool.
