Chest Rub Blend for Coughs

Cedarwood - 4 drops

Elemi - 3 drops

Pine - 2 drops

Thyme - 2 drops

Tea Tree - 1 drop

Carrier oil of your choice - 1 ounce

 

Blend together and massage the oil over the chest, neck and throat

ears as needed.

Memory Jogger Blend

Clary Sage - 25 drops

Coriander - 10 drops

Ginger - 10 drops

Rosemary - 8 drops

Peppermint - 3 drops

 

Blend in an amber bottle. Diffuse in any diffuser as you feel is

necessary to help you Jog your memory.

Dandruff Scalp Blend

Jojoba - 2 ounces

Tea Tree- 8 drops

Rosemary - 6 drops

Cedarwood - 4 drops

Pine - 3 drops

 

Blend all ingredients in a PET bottle. Massage some of this blend

into your clean scalp and leave it on for at least thirty minutes or

overnight. Then shampoo with the following recipe for Diminishing

Dandruff.

Dandruff - Diminishing Shampoo

Unscented Shampoo - 8 ounces

Tea Tree- 10 drops

Cedarwood - 8 drops

Pine - 6 drops

Rosemary - 6 drops

Clary Sage - 4 drops

Lemon - 4 drops

 

Add the oils to the unscented shampoo and blend well. Use this to

shampoo your hair and scalp daily.
