Getting Physical

 

Exercise on a daily basis is important for everyone to observe. While

almost any aerobic activity has positive effects on health, some

exercises have their own particular benefits:

Swimming is great for the joints and provides a balanced, muscular

workout and relaxation

Cycling builds the muscles that support the knee and can produce a

feeling of exhilaration

Dancing is a great aerobic activity simply because it's fun, never

boring, and provides a thorough workout

Walking can be done anywhere, with little or no equipment, and can

benefit the entire body

Choose your fitness passion and pursue it - regular exercise is an

effective way to moderate weight, boost the immune system, prevent
