What time do you get up?

My alarm is set for 5 am, but I usually get up at 5:30.

This changes all the time, as I try new recipes each week. Right now it

is French Onion Salisbury Steak from Cuisine At Home magazine.

With two kids 4 and under...I really can't remember. LOL

Seeing people who take an active role in their health and wellness
