Woodland Treasures Potpourri

A good blend to simmer, if you don't mind " steaming up " your good oils.

30 drops patchouli oil

30 drops sandalwood oil

10 drops vanilla oil or extract

1/2 cup sandal chips

1/2 cup oakmoss

1/2 cup cinnamon chips (or broken cinnamon sticks)

1 1/2 cups patchouli

1 1/2 cups deer's-tongue

1 cup hibiscus flowers

3/4 cup balsam fir

1/2 cup star anise

1/2 cup sassafras root bark

Add the oils to the sandal chips, oakmoss, and cinnamon chips. Stir in

remaining ingredients.

Nothing wastes more energy than worrying - the longer a problem is

carried, the heavier it gets. Don't take things too seriously - live a

life of serenity, not a life of regrets.
