Reduce Muscle Inflammation

 

To unwind tight muscles and reduce inflammation, try the essential oils

of peppermint (Menthe x piperita), lavender (Lavandula species), thyme

(Thymus vulgaris), rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis), sage (Salvia

officinalis), or juniper (Juniperus communis).

 

Simply add 10-15 drops of essential oil to a warm bath or make a massage

oil by blending 10-15 drops into an ounce of carrier oil. Use half as

much essential oil if you're pregnant.

 

Caution: Do not take internally.
