Does anyone have a list of herbs that have estrogenic properties? I'm trying to stay AWAY from them and have found it difficult to find info.

Thanks,

Malinda

Ms Jackson,

Estrogen is a hormone that is produced by the body. There are no herbs that are estrogenic themselves. They have products that when metabolized in the body produce estrogen.

here is a site that gives "definitions" of what estrogen is:

http://www.answers.com/topic/estrogen

The most common would be soy products. Some say that primrose oil has estrogenic byproducts.

Take a look at this link, and see if some of this answers your questions.

For more specific product information, please email me directly.
