Guest guest
-- Going with the GrainNot all grains are equal – especially once they have been refined. A piece of white bread holds very little of the nutritional components that whole grains provide. The American Dietetic Association puts it best: whole grain foods provide the nutritional benefits of the entire grain. You get vitamins, minerals, dietary fiber, and phytochemicals – most of which are lost in the refining process. Consider the following grains – each are a healthful addition to your overall optimum health plan: Whole wheat Whole barley Whole oats Cracked wheat Graham flour Whole cornmeal Brown rice Quinoa Bulghur wheat Kasha Diana Gonzalez Nothing wastes more energy than worrying - the longer a problem is carried, the heavier it gets. Don't take things too seriously - live a life of serenity, not a life of regrets. -Unknown
