Drain herbs and add 8 drops Lavender essential oil to liquid.Add to bath water. Can store in refrigerator for up to 7 days.Helps calm the body and induce sleep. Safe for children too.Shingle Relief BathUse 1 cup Lemon Balm to 1 quart boiled water. Steep until cool at least 20 minutes. Add to bath water and bathe for a minimum of 20 minutes. Chamomile WineLet 1 3/4 oz of dried, crushed Chamomile flowers steep in 1 quart of dry white wine for 10 days. Strain. Drink a small glass each day as a digestive aid.Scar Reducing Oil10 drops Patchouli essential oil3 Tbsp. Sweet Almond OilMix together in small glass container. Add to affected areas 2-3 times a day.Reduces scarring and promotes the regeneration of skin tissue. Helps damaged skin, eczema and allergic skin reactions.
