Guest guest
I am looking for info on the benefits of apple cider vinager. Does anyone have a site they can recommend? Does anyone use apple cider vinagar and has it worked for you? Can you use Heinz or does it have to be unfilter/unprocessed or whatever you call it lol. Last but not least how in the world do you drink it? The amount and can you add anything to it for taste? Thanks Kathy
Guest guest
We do acv drinks over here and feel that it's good for our overall diets. We did major changes to our diets since Oct. and so since we've changed so many things at once, I couldn't tell you how much acv has helped. All I can say is we have all lost lots of weight, gained lots more energy and feel loads better with what we're doing. Don't bother with the store bought vinegars. Their dead and useless. The processing killed whatever nutrients were in them. You want the raw stuff with the mother in it. We use Braggs acv. You can check out the website at www.braggs.com. Oh, almost forgot. Here's how we drink it. 8 0z. of water (I just fill a reg glass), 1 Tbs acv and 1 tsp of honey. I try for 3 times a day when I remember but I'm also hooked on my herbal teas. ) Debbie --- mistynights234 <mistynights234 wrote: > > I am looking for info on the benefits of apple cider > vinager. Guest guest
Hi Debbie, I'm interested in hearing what other changes you have made. I'm moving toward only eating things I could (theoretically) make myself. For example, cheese is ok, because if I put the time into it I could make cheese, however cheese food is not. Guest guest
Oh goodness, where to start. I was telling my husband the other day that I really should make a list of what we changed just to see how drastic the changes have been. Guess now is as good a time as any to do it. (vbg> Well, stopped smoking. (That was a me thing.) Stopped all coffee and soda. Replaced with water, herbal teas, stevia drinks and acv drinks. Stopped all sugar except what we need for making our bread. Stevia is used instead. 95% of all processed foods are gone from our daily diet. (We still have some left in our pantry.) Replaced with whole foods. Working on mostly raw and juiced fruits and veggies. (Found a juicer for 4 dollars and the thrift store and am hooked on the benefits of it now.) <bg> Replaced all our veggy oils with coconut, olive and flax seed oils. Veggy oils now make great oils for oil lamps. ;o) Replaced all household and body soaps (including shampoos) with Miracle II soaps, neutralizer, gel, and moisturizer. Laundry is done with the Miracle II laundry ball and with that we don't need to use a rinse any more. We love this stuff. It works for all of us, all our stuff and the pets. Oh, you can also brush your teeth with this stuff. We also ditched all the deoderants we were using and now use the Thai deoderant stones. We are now using herbs, oils, vitamins, foods, and anything else you can think of that's natural for any health problems. The beginnings of a nasty cold were knocked out (brought home via dh from a VA hospital he was working in) in a day/day and a half by using oil of oregano, vitamin C, white willow and garlic. We do still eat cheese (sorry, I'm not making that) ;o) and we have switched to raw milk for the tiny bit that we do use of that. I think that's it. Looking over the list certainly incompasses everything we use to do. I found out the hard way just how much of a change it all was by ending up with a major healing crisis. All in all we have noticed weight loss, skin tone on all of us is getting better. All of us are finding loads more energy and we have noticed that our hair is softer and cleaner. BTW, we give all the glory of this to God Almighty for feeling like a vale was lifted from our eyes. Looking back, we can't believe some of the stuff that was in our foods that we use to eat let alone what we used on our bodies to be absorbed by our skin. Debbie PS. A year ago, if *anyone* told us we would be doing any of this, I would have told them that they were total fruitloops. I was very, very happy with my coffee, Pepsi and Tuna Helper. --- Ursa <materursa wrote: > Hi Debbie, > > I'm interested in hearing what other changes you > have made. Guest guest
Debbie- I have a question for you....how do the crystal stones work as far as odor protection? I have tried the Avalon Organics Deodorants, but went back to regular antiperspirant because I had an odor problem with the organic deodorants. Guest guest
Hi Karen, Sorry for not getting back before now. Gosh, the best way to describe Miracle II products would be to let you check out some of the pages for it yourself. Here's a google page I googled up with the words Miracle II soaps. http://www.google.com/search?hl=en & lr= & q=Miracle+II+soaps & btnG=Search Quite honestly, we had lots of doubts about this stuff but I kept hearing and finding testamonies about it. Since we already knew that we wanted to get away from the chemical, store bought soaps and cleaners we figured it would hurt to give it a try. Well, we're impressed and are now standing behind these products. We use them for everything. We order most from The Power Hour Radio Show because the help the gulfwar vets. www.thepowerhour.com We have also found that there are two alternative doctors offices that we can get them from and we also found another distributor that sells out of an autobody shop. Guest guest
Wow...how very interesting! Thanks for the link...lots of interesting reading. I'll have to ponder on this. It almost sounds like one of those too good to be true type thingees. If it works like it says...no wonder it's called Miracle!
