Peppermint(Relieves stuffing nose, breaks up congestion in the respiratory tract)1 tsp Red clover(Aids in controlling persistent coughs)1 tsp. Fenugreek(Soothes inflamed respiratory membranes, quiets coughs)2 tbls. Echinacea(Soothes cold and flu symptoms)To Use:Pour 1 cup of boiling water over 1 teas.
