Essential Oil Medical Conditions Guide

Methods:

 

 

 

Massage - use 3 drops of essential oil with 1 tsp. carrier oil - use 3 drops

 

of essential oil with 1 tsp. carrier oil

 

Bath - add 6-10 drops of essential oil per bath - add 6-10 drops of

 

essential oil per bath

 

Inhalation - put a 3-5 drops on a cotton ball or kleenex and inhale. May

 

also use 5-8 drops in a vaporizer, or put 3-5 drops in a steaming bowl of

Diffusion - Similar results as inhalation, but using a tealite type or

piece of cloth on top of the water. Wring out and apply to problem area. -
