Fatigue

 

• Drink at least one cup of ginseng tea each day Use one teaspoon of dried ginseng to each cup of water.

 

• Take bee pollen daily, and add riboflavin (B-2) to your diet. Good sources of riboflavin are alfalfa sprouts, beans, dairy products, dandelion greens, mushrooms, onions, parsley, and peppermint.

 

• Exercise dailyThough it sounds like a contradiction in terms, exercise and fatigue really do mix. If you like, add five or ten minutes to your daily wisdom walking. You'll be surprised at the extra energy you'll have.

 

* Carry a charged quartz crystal with you.
