The best method for hard boiling eggs I've found is the one below (and

I've tried many! LOL):

 

Cover eggs with cold salted water.

Bring to boil over medium heat

(I cover the pot and never leave it unattended)

As soon as it comes to a boil, continue boiling for 8 minutes.

After the 8 minutes rinse immediately with cold water.

They will be perfectly done and easily peeled.

You really should not eat eggs. As soon as the egg turns white from

cooking the Enzymes are

destroyed and you cannot digest the eggs. The are very high in

cholesterol which is a contributor to
