Guest guest Posted October 18, 2004 Report Share Posted October 18, 2004 Apple Maple Pudding 4-5 medium apples, pared and thinly sliced 3/4 C. maple syrup 2 eggs 1/4 C. brown sugar 1 T. butter or margarine, melted 1 C. flour 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. baking powder Place sliced apples in microwave ring mold.* Cover with maple syrup. Cook for 1 minute on HIGH. Beat together eggs, brown sugar and melted margarine. Stir into apples until blended. Combine remaining ingredients and stir thoroughly into apple mixture until complete moistened. Bake 3-4 minutes on HIGH until almost set. Let stand 5-10 minutes to cool and completely set.
