Today's Tip

This is from one of our readers, Pati. Thanks for sharing some

interesting facts about Rosemary.

If you did not know already, Rosemary is/can be classified as an

emotional oil --meaning it is an essential oil that can help one to

work through past stored negative emotions on a cellular level as

well as to prevent new ones from taking root.

An example of this is that this oil is very often used for/with

people who have addictions, especially in the case of helping

alcoholic's detox and get clean.

It also is used for upper respiratory ailments (which in emotional

clearing work anything with the lungs often signifies repressed

grief -- which means a heavy grave).

As an emotional oil it's primary action is used for blocking

emotional and mental sabotage.

See, what most people fail to forget is that oils like people have

personalities!

Like humans that have very diverse yet individually specific

interests, oils also act and interact with the tri-fold (mind, body,

spirit) nature of humans in the very same way.

Simply put oils can be broad-spectrum in nature, but most often they

favor only certain characteristic's within their chemical makeup

(this is like certain allopathic drugs are

designed to work only certain areas of the body not the whole

body). With this in mind Rosemary likes the endocrine, respiratory

and central nervous systems.
