Guest guest
HANDS OVER THOSE SPUDS: What can you do with mashed potatoes besides eat them? Well, how about turning them into a wonderful hand treatment? No, I'm not crazy, it's true! This is the one time you can play with your food like you are two years old again, but it's okay this time because you are actually giving yourself a beauty treatment. You know those paraffin wax treatments for the hands? It's a wonderful way to make your hands beautifully soft and nice to touch. But if you don't want to pay for those kinds of treatments, then go get out your bag of spuds or your box of instant flakes and get ready to make your own homemade alternative. Here's what you do: --Prepare the mashed potatoes (you can leave out the butter and seasonings) --Add a little glycerin (you can get some at your drug store), and mix well. --Then stick your hands in the warm (but not hot - don't want to burn any fingers) and coat both hands with the mixture. --Leave on for about 15 to 20 minutes and rinse off --Apply some Vitamin E oil or your favorite hand lotion. ~geocities.com/lindaslists
