Spray on linens before crawling into bed for a completely relaxing scent that will take you away to the land of nod. Headache Soother Tension headaches often melt away when treated with neroli essential oil, due to its antispasmodic qualities. If you feel a headache creeping into your day, simply place 2 drops of neroli oil in the palm of your hand, rub together briskly, then inhale deeply. Take a moment to relax, and let your tensions seep away. Your body is telling you that you have reached your limit. Be Kind to Yourself, You're Having a Rough Day Therapy For a quick pick-me-up when you're feeling down, spritz a mister in the home, car, or office, or, if time is available, luxuriate with 4- 5 drops added to a tub full of warm water. Better yet, add 10 drops to a teaspoon of massage oil, and follow your bath with a neroli massage given by someone loving in your life. Neroli oil is also great for dry skin, so the bath and massage will also leave you feeling silky smooth. Revel in it. Post-natal or PMS Blues Bath Mix 8 drops of neroli oil in 3 Tbsp of honey and pour under the running water of a warm tub. Crawl in, let your hormones settle a bit, and embrace your goddess within. Let yourself relax into the sweet aroma of the orange blossoms and know that it's OK to feel down. Stretch Mark Salve Neroli oil can also aid in the regeneration of skin cells. Make up this salve and apply it daily to stretch marks already formed, or in the process of being formed. Slowly melt one ounce of grated beeswax and 4 ounces of olive oil together in the top of a double boiler. Add 10 drops of neroli essential oil and mix. Pour into a sterilized container and let set.
