Broccoli with Vinaigrette

 

Ingredients:

1 head Broccoli

1/2 cup wine or herb vinegar

2 tsp. hearty or Dijon mustard

2 garlic cloves, minced

 

Cut the broccoli into bite-size florets. Peel the

stems and slice into 1/4 " thick pieces. Steam just

until tender, about 3 minutes. While the broccoli is

steaming, whisk the dressing ingredients in a bowl.

Add the steamed broccoli and toss to mix. Serve

immediately. Serve 4-6.
