Anxiety Tea -- This tea should not be consumed by someone who is pregnant and should not exceed 6 cups per day. 1/2 ounce of each of the following Lavander; Oats; Linden Flower; Catnip, Lemon Balm Use 4 tbs of the blend per 1 quart boiling water and let steep for up to 10 minutes. This mixture can be sweetened with honey. Breastfeeding Tea - This licorice tasting tea is also just a nice way to start the morning. To help stimulate milk production and ease colic drink 1 cup first thing in the morning. 1 tsp Fennel Seed steeped in 1 cup boiling water for 3-10 minutes. Digestion Aid Tea - Drink during or directly after meals. 1 part ginger 2 parts each Peppermint and Chamomile. 1-2 tsp per 1 cup boiling water, steeped for 5 minutes. Headache Tea equal parts Wintergreen; Willowbark; Meadowsweet use 1 tsp of mixture per 1 cup boiling water and steep for 5-10 minutes. For migranes a daily dose of 125mg Feverfew supplement containing at least 0.2% parthenolide will also help. This can be found in most health food stores. Insomnia Tea 1 part hops, passionflower & balm2 parts chamomile & oats3 parts Valerianuse 1 tps of mixture per 1 cup boiling water. Pregnancy Tea - This tea is rich in iron and has a very pleasant taste. use 1-2 tsp Red Raspberry Leaf tea per 1 cup boiling water. Steep for up to 5 minutes. *For morning sickness blend together 1/2 tsp each of Ginger, Honey, lemon, and Chamomile. Steep in 2 cups boiling water for up to 10 minutes.
