Guest guest
I do not have a foot powder recipe, but perhaps you can incorporate these ingredients into a Talc powder base. Blessings Ani Foot Care Recipes Beach Sand Foot Scrub 2 Tablespoons Canola or olive oil 2 Tablespoons beach sand 3-5 drops rosemary oil Combine and mix into a paste using a fork. Massage scrub onto feet, concentrating especially on problem areas. Rinse off with warm water and pat dry. Exfoliating Foot Mask 1/2 C. oatmeal1/2 C. cornmeal1/2 C. coarse salt1/2 C. unscented body lotion4 T. aloe vera gel In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Slide feet into mixture and rub, beginning at toes, working up to heel and ankle. Do one foot at a time, rinsing in a separate bowl of warm water. Lemon Soak for Dry Feet 1 large bowl warm water Juice of 1 lemon Add lemon juice to warm water in bowl. Soak feet for 15 to 20 minutes. Use a pumice stone to gently slough away dry skin. Refreshing Peppermint Foot Gel 2 tablespoons aloe vera gel1/2 tablespoon peppermint oil Combine ingredients in a bowl or in a large cup. Mix with a whisk or fork and massage mixture on feet until absorbed. Athlete's Foot Bath:4 drops tea tree4 drops lavender2 drops sandalwood Add oils to 2 gallons warm water and mix well. This combination of pure essential oils works wonders for people plagued with chronic athlete's foot problems. Tea tree is anti-fungal, as is lavender. The sandalwood conditions, softens and soothes sore, cracked feet and toes. Its antiseptic and soothing properties help keep feet safe from secondary problems that can arise from the open cracked skin. Patchouli could be substituted for the sandalwood as a skin regenerator. Patchouli also has fungicidal properties. - Rachel Quinn Monday, August 23, 2004 6:27 PM homemade foot powder Does anyone have a recipe for homemade foot powder? Thanks,Rachel _______________________________Win 1 of 4,000 free domain names from Enter now.http://promotions./goldrush
Guest guest
The cheapest and best thing to do is to get yourself some rice flour, baking soda and some cornstarch. You will have a base of rice flour, and add for every cup of rice flour, you can add about 2 tablespoons or so of the soda and cornstarch. Add some lavender essential oil or some tea tree oil, for it's antibacterial properties enjoy!
