Guest guest Posted August 20, 2004 Report Share Posted August 20, 2004 Fruit Filled Quesedillas 10 (10 " size) flour tortillas 2 tsp. melted butter or margarine 1 tub (12 oz) soft, cream cheese 1 can (21 oz) pie filling (any flavor) confectioner's sugar and/or cinnamon sugar Lightly brush on sides of tortillas with butter or margarine. Spread over side of tortilla with a thin layer of cream cheese. Spread 1/4 c. fruit filling on one half of the tortilla, then fold the tortilla in half, pressing slightly to seal edges. In a large skillet on medium-low heat, cook tortillas until lightly browned (about 4 minutes); turn and brown the orther side. To serve, dust with confectioner's sugar or cinnamon sugar.
