Guest guest Posted August 17, 2004 Report Share Posted August 17, 2004 Anti-Anxiety Aromatherapy Recipe Blend 3 drops neroli 2 drops patchouli 2 drops geranium 2 drops rose 2 drops ylang ylang 1 drop frankincense 1 drop bergamot Add essential oils to a clean dark glass bottle. Gently blend. Add a few drops to a scent ring, or drizzle some into a piece of aromatherapy jewelry, inhale directly from the bottle (don't get any on your nose), or add to an aroma lamp.
